The IT Audit Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of audits and reviews (“engagements”) for their assigned audits. IT Audit Manager is responsible for audit preparations and communications with audit clients in engagements where the IT Audit Manager is the lead.
This position is part of the Internal Audit Department and will be a remote position located in the USA.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage assigned audit locations independently by planning and execution of high-quality IT audits and reviews based on an ongoing risk assessment and supervision of audit teams.
Plan and perform audit procedures based on risk assessment and modules of Danaher Standard Internal Audit program including testing and evaluation of internal controls and compliance with internal standards and requirements, external regulations, as well as Corporate policies and procedures.
Draft audit reports based on work performed and submit to Internal IT Audit Director responsible for the engagement on a timely basis following field work.
Provide constructive and meaningful recommendations based on audit findings that will help improve internal controls and compliance.
Develop strong professional relationships with key members of IT and non-IT management of assigned audit.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 9+ years exp OR Master's degree in field OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years.
IT audit experience either with a “Big Four” or second tier audit firm and/or internal IT audit experience with a “Fortune 500” companies.
CISA Certification
Extensive practical experience with IT controls for SOX 404.
Experience with acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and post-merger integration.

Pay transparency language for locations where it may be required by law:
The salary range for this role is $130,000 – $150,000. This is the range we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
