Job description

At Client Accelerators, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial to our success as we continue to expand and bring in top talent to drive our company forward. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, shaping the candidate journey from the initial application through to onboarding. Your mission is not just to fill positions, but to build relationships and bring in individuals who align with our culture and values.

You’ll work closely with different departments to understand their hiring needs, ensuring we attract the best talent across various functions. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers, design engaging recruitment campaigns, and enhance our employer brand. This role is a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, giving you the chance to directly impact our company’s growth and success.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interviewing. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Promote our company culture and values to prospective hires.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process.
  • Job Description Development: Collaborate with department heads to develop and refine job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Craft compelling job postings and utilize various platforms such as social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring all candidate records are current and properly documented.
  • Organize Recruitment Events: Plan and execute recruitment events and job fairs to showcase our company and attract potential candidates.
  • Support Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all pre-employment paperwork is complete and providing a smooth transition for new hires.

RESULTS

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be measured on the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Sourcing Efficiency: Achieve a 70% or higher rate of sourced candidates advancing to the interview stage.
  • Cost Per Hire: Maintain or reduce the cost per hire to $4,000 or lower across all positions.
  • Interview-to-Offer Ratio: Achieve an interview-to-offer ratio of 4:1 or lower, ensuring efficient candidate selection.
  • Time-to-Fill: Reduce the time-to-fill metric by implementing efficient recruitment processes.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a high candidate satisfaction rate, measured through feedback surveys and engagement metrics.


COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS

  • Internal Communication: We use Slack internally for quick and effective communication. Over-communication is valued to ensure clarity and provide context.
  • Client Communication: Slack is our go-to platform for client communications.
  • Responsiveness: Prompt responses are expected, and providing context for any delays is crucial.
  • Meetings: Participate in weekly full-team meetings and daily stand-ups with pod leads to stay aligned with team goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Ability to build rapport and create a positive candidate experience.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience using social media for recruiting (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
