Your Responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.

  • Collaborates and coordinates with technology vendors and onboarding stakeholders to ensure the successful installation of the SkyTouch Platforms and all requisite technology services.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring a seamless transition to SkyTouch’s property management system.

  • Determines causes of any system limitations and uses analytical problem-solving skills to pivot and deliver corrective measures as required.

  • Provide installation and training to customers, ensuring they are equipped to use our platform effectively.

  • Function as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for internal and external use and customer reference.

  • Ability to travel for onsite training or conferences.

  • Ability to work various hours and days (including nights, weekends, and holidays),

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • College degree in hospitality management or equivalent hotel hospitality experience required 

  • Hotel general manager experience preferred 

  • Experience with facilitating/ training /presentation skills preferred 

  • Ability to train a diverse audience 

  • Ability to be flexible with changing schedules and priorities 

  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision 

  • Motivated team player with a positive attitude 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Effective organizational and time management skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 

  • Exceptional listening skills 

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment 

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, Customer Onboarding Leads. You will have 8 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

Your Work Location

SkyTouch Technology's office is located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a field-based employee, you will enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while occasionally traveling to various properties for onboarding and training. Your primary work location will be your home office, but you may be expected to visit the Scottsdale office from time to time. Although this role is field based, candidates must be based in the greater Phoenix area.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $64,494.00 to $81,066.00 annually.

 

Pay ranges listed are for this position and are what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
