The Opportunity

 As a Senior Program Manager on the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team, you will manage multiple PCI attestations and the continuous monitoring of PCI standards and understand the potential impacts of change as they apply to the organization. You will validate, support, and enhance our Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard portfolio within a cutting-edge environment using industry leading solutions, backed by NextGen technologies. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for managing PCI compliance in support of some of the most dynamic industries around the world while also solving complex challenges”  - Sr. Director, Cyber Security. 

What You’ll Contribute 

  • Responsible for efficiently managing multiple PCI attestations and projects annually. 

  • Apply in-depth critical thought into complex environments with dynamic solutions and evolving security requirements while routinely achieving compliance within finite timelines.

  • Perform continuous monitoring of PCI standards and understand potential impacts of change as they apply to the organization. 

  • Proactively work on PCI initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies, standards, and procedures. 

  • Assist Corporate Compliance and the Business with all required PCI compliance related documentation. 

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new business initiatives to ensure functionality required to support PCI compliance. 

  • Provide guidance to business functions on PCI compliance and security-related matters. 

  • Create status reports and schedule/coordinate meetings with appropriate personnel. 

  • Coordinate audit-related tasks to ensure the readiness of managers and their teams for audit testing and facilitate the timely resolution of any audit findings. 

 

What We’re Seeking 

  • In-depth understanding and experience with PCI DSS. 

  • Extensive experience as a Program/Project Manager in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance). 

  • 5+ years’ experience leading PCI attestation efforts. 

  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT-related knowledge and experience in solving compliance issues. 

  • Background in auditing security controls, networks, and system security. 

  • Ability to express technical concepts in business terms. 

  • Able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and complete multiple PCI projects effectively and concurrently. 

  • Evaluate PCI program effectiveness and recommend adjustments as business needs change. 

  • Collaborate across Security teams, Leadership and all other stakeholders to drive FICO’s PCI Program. 

  • Desired certifications: PMP, ISA/QSA, CISSP, CISA.
