Administrative Coordinator (Remote, United States)

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Center Manager of the National Technical Assistance and Professional Development Center for School Health and Well-Being funded by CDC/DASH, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative activities of the Center including but not limited to preparing, executing, and tracking project contracts, maintaining information systems, scheduling and documenting project meetings, and supporting partner communication and contract reporting. Experience working in the field of adolescent or school-based health and/or working on federally-funded projects is a plus. This is a remote position and can work anywhere within the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- (Master’s degree or MPH) or equivalent in related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience within area of expertise.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as Project Coordinator.
- Strong skills in group facilitation and presentation.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly developed people skills; ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and supporting applications, including internet, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience overseeing the work of consultants or subcontractors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop and manage project budgets.
- Ability to provide initiative and independently manage a complex project with multiple tasks from conception to completion.
- Ability to balance the completion of designated project tasks, both short and long-term, with the performance of routine duties.
- Ability to meet short deadlines, and willingness to work additional hours during deadline periods.
- Ability to travel as assigned.
- The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience preparing and executing contracts and/or subawards.
- Experience in developing and sustaining project systems for tracking and documenting project activities and timelines. Adept skills with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and/or Loop is a plus.
- Experience working in adolescent health, school based-health education or services, and/or on federally-funded projects. (optional).
Location: Remote – United States
Starting Pay Range: $76,200 to $93,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $76,200 to $84,700 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
