As an MBSE developer and engineer on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues to build the most innovative solutions to empower your clients to support and deploy the next generation of ground and weapon systems for clients.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with systems engineering and integration on ground platforms
2+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for ground systems
2+ years of experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, ICDs, and system architecture for ground systems or weapon systems
Experience with digital engineering tools, including Cameo or MagicDraw, Sparx, DOORS, or IBM rhapsody
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
Experience with programming or automating with MBSE toolsets, and utilizing their APIs to build additional capabilities not built into the tool
Experience with building digital twins
Knowledge of Systems Machine Learning (SysML) and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
Knowledge of the use cases of AI and how they could be applicable to digital engineering challenges
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
Secret clearance
Master's degree in Engineering
OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) or INCOSE SE Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
