We’re Looking For A: Senior Order Revenue Management/Operations Representative who will manage the entire process from customer set up through order entry to final payment which includes assisting retailers and distribution partners with questions and concerns regarding products, pricing, ordering, shipping, promotions, merchandising and billing activities for their account, as well as supporting the rest of the ORMO team with completing their tasks. This position solves problems for our customers by working with multiple internal teams with the goal of efficient operations and customer satisfaction and aids the team with challenges that arise in completing daily tasks. The Senior ORM/O also assists the Retail Sales Team with report generation, analytics, CRM Data collection, Merchandise order processing, administrative help, and other functions when necessary. This person pays attention to the details, will need to follow purchase orders through completion, anticipate customer needs, and follow up on all orders, data needs, analytics, sales projects, and payment in its entirety.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Purchase order management:
- Customer set up and onboarding - customer profiles, accurate pricing, needed documents to resell and receive payment, etc.
- Lead and assist with the onboarding process for large accounts.
- Take on and manage special projects.
- Ensure smooth flow of customer orders from Sales Order to fully paid invoice: KPIs include order processing, days to ship, customer fill rates and aging balances.
- Be the main point of contact with the internal transportation team to ensure flawless execution of all orders.
- Proactive resolution of any purchase order, invoicing, or payment issues
- Track and post order discrepancies, and communicate any order adjustment to the Account Manager
- Proactively ensure flawless execution of all merchandise and marketing orders for respective customers.
- Manage customer profiles including accurate pricing for retail SKUs.
- General partner support
- Be the first point of contact with customers relating to purchase orders and payments.
- Answer retailer questions regarding products, current promotions and available merchandising and marketing components
- Manage orders for merchandising and sales tools for retail team and retailers.
- Support the ORMO team with any challenges met while completing daily tasks.
- Field Sales support
- Utilize, update, and monitor weekly and monthly reports as needed from NetSuite, CRM, Tableau, and customer data.
- Reach out to retail stores to communicate current promotions and identify opportunities for field sales.
- Submit and follow up on all Jira tickets, while supporting the overall team to do the same.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- 15% travel required annually
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- 2+ years of experience in order revenue management, supply chain or transportation (required)
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Word (required)
- Knowledge of NetSuite/report generation (required)
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in ORM, supply chain or Transportation
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience leading a small team.
- Expert Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite, and Tableau.
- Experience in CRM platforms and data collection
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Initiative to work independently.
- Ability to not only complete daily tasks but support the overall team on their daily tasks.

The base salary range is $19.86-$26.49.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
