Primary Objective:
The Senior Account Manager is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while focused on growing business with our current client base. In this role the Senior Account Manager (SAM) will assist commercial and enterprise organizations to leverage Spectrio’s suite of products to assist with customer and employee engagement.


Responsibilities include: 

  • Supports multiple high-impact clients serving as the primary day-to-day contact for all tactical and strategic requests
  • Generate monthly bookings and increase retention with current clients
  • Hit daily and monthly target metrics defined by sales leadership 
  • Adhere specific processes laid out by sales leadership 
  • Positive and professional attitude in the workplace to internal and external parties and effective communication skills 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

 

  • 5+ years’ sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience selling in the technology landscape working between both marketing and information technology teams
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding goals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
