Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a consultant to support us in the Workday Talent Management space and ideally someone who also has experience with Workday Recruiting. As a Workday Talent and Recruiting Consultant, you will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions to support our talent management and recruiting functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of Workday's capabilities to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Talent and Recruiting modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions that enhance talent management processes.

Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, system functionality, and industry trends.

Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday features.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Workday support and internal IT teams.

Manage and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configurations.

Monitor system performance and generate reports to track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday Talent module.

Proven expertise in Workday configuration, implementation, and optimization.

Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and recruiting best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Workday certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Recruiting) is highly preferred
