Job Overview

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding household management company, dedicated to supporting executives and business owners by efficiently managing their household tasks, errands, and projects. We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to become an integral part of our team. In this remote role, you will oversee a variety of HR functions, offering support to managers and personal assistants, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, leave management, and offboarding.
  • Manage vital onboarding activities, including issuing offer letters, conducting new hire orientations, verifying I-9 documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Act as the HRIS administrator, ensuring precision and integrity in employee data across all internal systems.
  • Process biweekly payroll and proficiently resolve any related issues.
  • Administer paid time off policies, oversee workers’ compensation, and manage leave administration.
  • Generate reports and provide analytics related to employee metrics and data.
  • Administer employee benefits, including the 401(k) program.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and implement enhancements to the employee experience.
  • Champion initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment efforts by providing compliance guidance and best practices, as well as recruiting for administrative and management roles.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee information.
  • Remain well-versed in and provide expert insights on Washington state and federal employment laws.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant HR regulations and policies.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources administration and operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (experience with Paylocity is preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong grasp of Washington state employment law, payroll processes, and leave management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of accountability.
  • Experience within a growth-oriented organization is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
