In this critical role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a significant volume of incoming calls while ensuring outstanding service quality.

  • Assess patient needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data within our medical software systems.
  • Achieve performance targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and process efficiency.
  • Engage in continual training and constructive feedback sessions with management to improve performance.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette, demonstrating sensitivity and diplomacy.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; relevant customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles, ideally within the healthcare sector.
