Title: Collections Analyst
Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $26 - $32 an hour
An American software company based in New York City that develops a SaaS customer experience management platform is seeking an experience Collections Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to Business to Business collections internationally, working with clients directly, utilizing NetSuite software, and much more!
Description
- Oversee all accounting operations including management reporting and operational expense controls directly reporting to CFO of organization.
- Leads and supervises all accounting operations for month-end, quarterly and year-end close process.
- Oversees cash flow and treasury management.
- Oversight of bank account reconciliation activity
- Utilized Microsoft Excel in the preparation of all financial reports, cost reports, and budget variance/analysis reports.
- Possible outsourced accounting and financial reporting projects for clients
- Primarily Responsible for Accounts Payable processing
- Assured integrity of financial data & adequate controls of the companies' assets.
- Drives expense control and process improvement to assist with efficient operations and production.
- Special projects at the direction of CFO.
- Administer Employee Benefit Plans
- Processing Bimonthly payroll
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience working as a Collections Analyst in the SAAS Industry
- Experience with NetSuite Software
- Bilingual in French, German, or Dutch strongly preferred
