Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in neurology to join our dynamic startup team. This role will focus on building strong relationships with clients in the neurology field, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, experience in client management, and the ability to thrive in a remote startup environment with minimal oversight.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the neurology sector, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, training, and guidance on product features and functionalities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value.
  • Analyze client data and usage metrics to provide insights and recommendations that enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to relay client feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues proactively, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing usage of our solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and training materials tailored to client needs, emphasizing data-driven insights.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to conduct training sessions, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
  • Engage comfortably with clinical staff and stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of clinical workflows and environments.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and action items to ensure a detailed and organized approach to customer success.
  • Stay current on industry trends, particularly in neurology, to provide relevant insights and guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in healthcare, neuroscience, or related area preferred.
  • Experience in neurology, whether through clinical practice, research, or healthcare technology.
