Job description

At Sidetool, we're passionate about automating everything. Our mission is to simplify complex operational challenges by integrating AI into our customers' apps and workflows, securely connecting business data, utilizing preferred models, and delivering custom AI tools tailored to their business needs.

We are looking for a No-Code Developer or Developer to join our team, someone who wants to see their work make an immediate impact and enjoy fast-paced and high-growth environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using no-code.
  • Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
  • Implement custom workflows, APIs, and integrations with third-party services to enhance application functionality.
  • Collaborate with our team to debug, test, and roll out new features for our customers.
  • Optimize our customers’ operational and development stack by leveraging no-code tools (such as Bubble, n8n, Retool, Airtable, and OpenAI)

Requirements

  • 1+years of experience as a developer (code or no-code)
  • There are other requirements that I could list here, but the reality is that they’ll differ depending on your specific background. We expect you to lean into your strong suits and effectively communicate what skills you lack as you simultaneously get better at them.
  • English (B2 Business). Written is a must. Conversational is a plus

We’re likely not a good fit if you
  • Feel best around teams with a clear hierarchy.
  • Need pixel-perfect documentation to start building
  • Don't like figuring out puzzles on your own
  • Find that teams work best when people stick to their job descriptions (“I probably shouldn’t do that, that’s not my job”).
  • Feel that you’re at a skill level that you’re complacent with.
  • Are any combination of ninja, rockstar, or guru.
  • Enjoy big-reveal moments after working siloed on a project.

Consider joining if you
  • Value a teammate approach to company building.
  • Enjoy working in flat-ish hierarchies.
  • Think that there’s still a ton for you to learn.
  • Believe in openly sharing progress as you work.
  • Believe in giving and receiving candid and transparent feedback.
  • Are capable of having robust debates.
  • Embrace a disagree and commit culture, because it leads to better products than consensus-driven ones.
  • Are an entrepreneur at heart.
  • Believe in being deliberate about how you spend time.
  • Are high on self-awareness and introspectiveness.

Benefits

  • Work wherever you want
  • Everything you do or say matters
  • Everything you do or say has a tangible impact
  • Results are valued over egos in all interactions
  • Three paid weeks of PTO (Sick days don't count as PTO)
  • 13 paid holidays per year (We follow US holiday calendar)
