Job description

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST, MST, and CST working hours.

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Salary Range: Up to $1,800 per month, plus equity share.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative at this innovative construction SaaS company, you’ll play a critical role in driving user engagement, activation, and conversion from trial users to subscribers. You’ll leverage your deep product knowledge and passion for technology to guide users through specific features that lead to conversion success. Your expertise will help users maximize the value of the product during their trial period, and your proactive approach will ensure they transition smoothly to paid subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise

  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the product, its features, and its core value proposition.
  • Provide personalized support to help users maximize the product’s value during the trial period.

User Engagement

  • Guide users through actions and features within the product correlated with conversion success.
  • Monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to activation.

Sales Leadership

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to individual user needs.
  • Effectively communicate the product’s value proposition and address any user objections.
  • Facilitate subscription starts by guiding users through the payment process.

Performance Metrics

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Passionate about how the app can change users' lives.
  • Tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of CRM tools (Hubspot), VoIP, and product analytics.
  • Proven problem-solver, capable of finding workarounds and removing blockers.
  • Excited to be part of a startup environment, willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
