As a Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be part of the Partnership Team, part of our Commercial area.

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with existent partners and potential partners, expanding our market presence, and delivering value to our customers.

β€’ Analyze partnership performance and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships.
β€’ Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives.
β€’ Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
β€’ Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into partnership performance and ROI.

β€’ Fluent in English and Spanish.
β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
β€’ Experience with Card Schemes or Payment Networks.
β€’ Skilled in negotiating with Financial Institutions, Fintechs, or Payment Providers for payment services.
β€’ Expertise in LATAM and NAMER payment acceptance and e-commerce strategies.
β€’ Proven ability to manage partnerships, performance, and executive escalations.
β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
β€’ Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
β€’ Detail-oriented with strategic and creative problem-solving skills for business growth.
