You Will:

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
  • Maintain various records and documents for the department.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Other duties that may arise in general admin activities.

Requirements

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Speaks Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
