Job description

Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a growing private Wealth Management company to recruit for a Client Relationship Manager to look after a portfolio of high net worth clients. The role is full time and permanent and offers hybrid / remote working.

The Client

A growing Wealth Management company based in South Dublin, though the role offers the option of hybrid or remote working. The Client are known for their high performing culture and have an excellent reputation on the market.

The Role

The role of client relationship Manager is fundamental to the business ensuring clients feel valued, heard, and supported. The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys variety, thrives on making a difference, embraces a flexible approach and understands the impact of a strong, lasting client relationship. With no hard sales pressure, this person will help grow the business through trust and meaningful connections, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.

The successful candidate will have their QFA with at least 3 years' relevant experience. They will be required to identify new sales opportunities, stay on top of industry trends and collaborate with a dedicated team of planners to deliver exceptional financial solutions. No two days are the same, but the impact of this role is lasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and sustain long-term, meaningful client relationships through regular engagement.
  2. Regularly assess client satisfaction through scheduled calls and address concerns promptly.
  3. Understand and tailor solutions based on clients' specific needs and goals.
  4. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service and aligned client expectations.
  5. Refer upselling opportunities and help create targeted sales strategies aligned with client goals.
  6. Create and adapt strategic plans to align with clients' objectives and market changes.
  7. Identify new opportunities and offer solutions that add value and deepen client relationships.
  8. Resolve client issues quickly while ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust.
  9. Track industry trends and competitor activities to improve client strategies and retention.
  10. Ensure compliance and maintain detailed client records following industry regulations and firm policies.
  11. Support marketing by promoting products and services offered by the company.
  12. Deliver a consistent, high level of professional client service with a focus on enhancing the client experience at every interaction.

Essential Criteria

  • QFA qualified
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the financial planning or wealth management industry.
