We are seeking a visionary and forward-thinking individual to join our team as an AI Solutions Designer / Product Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, conceptualizing and designing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. You will work closely with our AI Prototyping Engineers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, create compelling product visions, and shepherd AI-driven features from ideation to implementation. 

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape, a keen eye for product design, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into user-centric solutions. You should be passionate about staying ahead of the curve in AI advancements and have a talent for identifying novel applications of emerging technologies across various domains.

Your Course - and what we expect from you

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and departments to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to solve business problems and enhance user experiences.
• Design and articulate compelling product visions and roadmaps for AI-powered features and applications.
• Work closely with AI Prototyping Engineers to define requirements, write user stories, and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about the latest AI trends, capabilities, and potential applications.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various AI models, their capabilities, and limitations to inform product decisions.
• Create and manage product backlogs, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, translating complex AI concepts into easily understandable terms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-driven products and features.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve AI-powered solutions.

Your Equipment

• Tremendous passion for AI and its potential applications, demonstrated through personal projects, coursework, or self-directed learning, and personal usage
• Strong understanding of the current AI landscape, including generative AI models, their capabilities, and existing as well as potential use cases.
• Ability to think creatively and identify novel applications for AI technologies.
• Very good communication skills, with the ability to explain your enthusiasm with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of product development processes and user-centric design principles.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies or willingness to learn quickly.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent of verifiable practical experience).
• Demonstrable interest in staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and developments.

Bonus points for this role:

• Participation in AI-related hackathons, competitions, or open-source projects.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Familiarity with user research techniques.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and considerations.
• Any professional experience in product management, UX design, or software development.
