Dynatrace exists to make software work perfectly. Our platform combines broad and deep observability and continuous runtime application security with advanced AIOps to provide answers and intelligent automation from data. This enables innovators to modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and ensure flawless digital experiences.
We're an equal opportunity employer and embrace all applicants. Dynatrace wants YOU—your diverse background, talents, values, ideas, and expertise. These qualities are what make our global team stronger and more seasoned. We're fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
This role combines a Data Engineer and a Power BI Developer. If you have analytical skills and love to organize data to present it in an easy-to-understand fashion, then this would be a great opportunity for you. The data we process and the reports we build aim to provide meaningful data about how our R&D organization works. We're looking for engineers with experience creating various data models and reports using Microsoft Fabric, SQL native queries, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and Power Query. As Dynatrace grows, we have more and more needs for various analytics based on our R&D organizational data. The data that we process and the reports we build help us to inspect our past and current investments and help to explore and better steer our current and future investments. You'll be part of a team that develops reports that help to understand how much time we spend on product features, maintenance, and administration. We also dive into headcount data to understand how many people of different roles are engaged in particular areas. We also support R&D budgeting processes, expense reports, and headcount tracking; the areas are still expanding with other R&D operational topics.
