Job Title: Staff Accountant & Finance Admin - LATAM
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant & Finance Admin to join our team. This role involves managing financial operations, including accounting tasks and administrative duties, while providing excellent client support. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle various financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Tasks: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Client Support: Engage with clients directly, providing support and addressing their financial inquiries.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage Notion and other administrative tasks to support financial operations.
  • Financial Operations: Contribute to the core functions of the finance department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in using Notion and handling administrative tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and adapt to new software and financial tools quickly.
  • Client Engagement: Comfortable engaging with clients and addressing their financial needs.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience with financial software and tools.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
