At least 2 years of technical support experience, Experience in Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Control, Familiarity with Okta or similar IdPs, Exceptional communication skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Key responsabilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Access Management Tickets
- Implement Access Management Controls on Third-Party SaaS systems
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting SLAs
- Write clear documentation and share knowledge with the team
- Escalate issues to appropriate staff as necessary
