Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and UX thinking. 
  • UX Mindset: A deep understanding of UX principles, including usability, information architecture, and interaction design. 
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar. 
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving design challenges and optimizing user experiences.

Core responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and user engagement. 
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually compelling designs. 
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, understand pain points, and refine designs. 
  • Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain design consistency across products by working within and contributing to design systems. 
  • Work with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process. 
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
