Job description

Join a high-performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. You’ll
proactively identify and attract top talent for critical entry level and nice roles across the business.

As a sourcing expert, you will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on all things sourcing, and
partnering with your stakeholders to promote effective sourcing strategies. Your insights will drive
our recruitment efforts and ensure we find the best talents for our business. 

What you’ll do:
  • Leverage your skills in Boolean search to help us find the best talent
  • Use a range of digital channels to support your talent searches
  • Perform initial screening with the candidate
  • Continuously look at new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent
  • Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
  • Support diversity initiatives and campaigns
  • Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pool
  • Deliver market maps, insights and analysis to your key stakeholders
  • Provide excellent candidate experience 

  • You’ll be someone who can bring:
  • Proven years of experience working in Recruitment Research, Mapping, Lead Generation,
  • Talent Pooling, and End-to-End recruitment, gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in an international market
  • Expert-level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sourcing in banking, financial services, technology or other related industries, preferably within the APAC/SEA region
