We need an English-fluent Automation Expert (Pharma and RPA), based in Mexico City, available to work hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory processes.
Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring compliance with pharma industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico City to optimize production workflows and reduce downtime.
Ensure automation systems comply with FDA and GMP regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems and software applications.
Maintain documentation of automation processes and protocols for validation and regulatory audits.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in automation, preferably with the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Strong expertise in RPA tools: UiPath mandatory. Blue Prism or other is a plus.
Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and industry compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with automation testing, validation, and system optimization.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
Preferred Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work HYBRID allocated at our client.
