We are one of the first work-from-anywhere companies with 2,000+ team members utilizing our virtual office called eXp world. This role is work-from-anywhere in South Africa.
The total base pay for this position is between R20,000/month and R25,000/month and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.

What you will do:
This position coordinates the flow of documentation from the office to the agents, and other real estate companies involved in the contract. It requires maximum attention to detail and high organizational skills. This person must give high attention to the details of the contract and the flow of information
Searches Listing File for contract Documentation
Reviews Transaction docs
Solely responsible for the accuracy of processing the deal files from the time the deal is
entered to closing
Enters data into appropriate platforms
Confirms that all required documentation are uploaded
Follows up with agents for missing items
Follow Transaction procedure as outlined by the Team Lead in appropriate platforms
Enters information into appropriate platforms
Transaction reporting
Confirms commissions with other brokerage
Send transaction docs to lawyer or other officials , as necessary
Print Weekly/Monthly List of Contracts Closing and Follow up on Outstanding
Report outstanding issues to Agents and Designated Managing Broker
Created invoices for payments
Complete weekly flash reports as they pertain to # of sales and listings on a weekly basis
Teaching how to use local transaction platform
Provide other transaction and agent details reporting as required
Answer Hubspot tickets in a timely manner
Assist with the monthly newsletter
How you will grab our attention:
Education:
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
1+ years of experience in real estate back end transactions processing required
Computer experience essential
Knowledge of Real Estate transaction legal documentation strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of the local Real Estate Transaction requirements & RERA guidelines
Knowledge of Excel
Must be responsible, dependable and trustworthy
Task-oriented, organized, pays attention to details, follows systems, team-worker
Ability to build relationships with agents, conveyors, notaries, Designated Managing Broker
Works well under time restraints
