Our Client is looking for a talented and passionate HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to join their team, a leading provider of catering and culinary services. They are committed to providing delicious and healthy meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of their clients.
Position Overview:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company by leading and managing all aspects of the human resources department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and values. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and values
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain employee retention strategies and programs
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and employee benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the mining or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with HR software and systems
Remuneration:
Basic Salary P15 000 - P20 000 DOE

Duration: 6 Months (with the possibility of extension)
