Title: UX Designer
Location Remote: Poland
The UX Designer conducts user research, develops wireframes and iteratively validates solution with users.
Designs and develops business applications
Role:
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to complete all aspects of design, including brainstorming, ideation, storyboard, wireframe and mock-ups.
Activities/Deliverables:
- Collaborate on all aspects of design with development architect, UX designers, product managers and engineers Collaborating on user experience planning with development architect
- Design and craft pixel-perfect interfaces with a high attention to detail
- Contribute on creating companywide Design Guideline, as a control for UI widgets across all projects
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are built to required specifications
- Visual facilitation for all departments
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD level in the field of Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Good foundation in Maths/Stats to at least MSc level a plus.
- Experience with User interface design patterns and standard user centric design (UCD) methodologies, CSS, HTML. Rails, JavaScript/JQuery, Objective C (iOS), C++ (Android) a plus
- Experience with one or more design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, Marvel, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks etc.
Experience:
- Demonstrable user interaction, visual, communication and problem solving skills
- Strong grasp of modern app design patterns
- Track record in analysing, reasoning and arriving at conclusions to solve problems ranging between routine and patterned (day-to-day within procedures) and more complex issues requiring deeper analytical and more innovative solutions
- Video and sound editing
- Industrial experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment
