Who we are looking for:

We're looking for a highly skilled communicator with hands-on experience in digital advertising to manage and optimize personal-based ad campaigns. You will work closely with teams across media buying, data, development, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and superior performance of ad campaigns. Your expertise will be key to aligning internal efforts and driving success.

What you'll do:

Monitor ad campaign performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize results. Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including media buying, data mining, and development, to devise strategies that drive sustainable ad performance. Ensure all actions are aligned with campaign goals and objectives.

Work closely with various teams to create clear, concise tasks that address campaign needs. Ensure that tasks are well-defined and actionable to enable efficient execution.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to support negotiations and advocate for necessary campaign adjustments. Present strong, well-prepared arguments to drive success.

Draft understandable lists of actions we need from the client for better performance. Provide structured feedback and actionable recommendations.

Who you are:

An experienced project manager with … years of experience.

A savvy analyst, capable of analyzing ad performance and generating insights to drive improvements.

A digital advertising expert. Who has proven experience in digital ad campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Strong communicator and professional negotiator.

Fluent English speaker.

Your bonus skills:

Experience with creating reports in Data Studio or Looker.

Understanding of SQL and data visualization.

Knowledge of troubleshooting FB/LinkedIn Business Manager issues or bans.

Google Analytics expertise.
