Job description

Thanks to professional colleagues and consistent and fast teamwork, we have established ourselves in 29+ markets in six years and continue expanding internationally, breaking the set standards.

We believe the "if it's good enough, leave it" approach leads to stagnation, which is why all team members constantly learn and develop as professionals while confidently taking ownership of their work.

Let us know if you are bold enough to join our Legal department.

As our new Legal Counsel, you will:

  • Provide support to the Marketing, B2B, Product, and other teams on matters of commercial contracting, product, and marketing;

  • Provide legal support for various initiatives and projects of the carVertical teams, such as launching new products, marketing initiatives, commercial deals and decision-making;

  • Assess complex and developing issues, structure potential solutions, make decisions independently, contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement, and drive to resolution with other stakeholders - product, privacy, customer support, PR, etc.;

  • Establish strong processes with multiple teams, e.g., creating policies, and templates, providing guidelines for other teams, advising on communication to users, etc.;

  • Monitor and assess new legislative and non-legislative initiatives relevant to carVertical in all of its core markets;

  • Work with outsourced law firms in all of our jurisdictions.

Provide support directly to our DPO, namely:

  • Respond to inquiries from data subjects, providing assistance to both internal stakeholders and support teams;

  • Maintain records processing activities of all data-related activities, ensuring entries are regularly updated to reflect new actions within the company;

  • Review and assess data processing agreements to ensure they meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements;
