Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Accurately document customer interactions in a CRM system for tracking purposes.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Offer feedback and ideas for continual improvement in customer support.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to tackle problems effectively and a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not required.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
Open to relocating to Greece and experiencing a new cultural environment.
