As they expand their footprint in the region, they are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth initiatives. This role is crucial in helping them deepen their market presence and build lasting partnerships in one of the world’s most dynamic economies.
Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a keen understanding of the local market, strong leadership abilities, and a focus on results. You will work closely with senior management to shape the company’s expansion strategy and lead initiatives that position Noema as a key player in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead a new business development team focused on expanding Noema’s presence in Saudi Arabia Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the area
- Provide senior management with market intelligence and recommendations to capitalize on growth opportunities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Saudi Arabia market
- Monitor the development of accurate sales forecasts and analyze data to monitor pipeline performance
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, securing contracts that align with the Noema’s goals and objectives
- Serve as a bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects
- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies to enhance Noema’s presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the financial services, banking, or technology sectors in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian financial landscape, including industry compliance regulations and market dynamics
- Expertise in Corporate and Retail Lending/Islamic and Backend for Financial Services
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems, Loan Origination processes, and Reporting within the financial services sector
- Deep expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, SAC), Fioneer, Microsoft Cloud and AWS.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams
- Robust analytical and strategic thinking, allowing for the creation of effective business development plans
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Established network of connections within the Saudi financial services sector, which can be leveraged for business growth
- Familiarity with FinTech trends
