Freelance Sourcing Specialist (Greek speakers)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Sourcing Specialist in Greece to support our talent acquisition efforts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of roles. This role requires a proactive individual who is well-versed in current recruitment trends and best practices.

Note: This is a commission-only opportunity, no basic salary can be offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment processes, sourcing and screening a large  number of candidates in a short time-frame.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to quickly identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience, ensuring a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring challenges.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (freelance or agency preferred).
• Native in Greek and fluent in English 
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment independently.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-employed and able to invoice.
