Responsibilities

Engage with Czech-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a leading technology brand.
Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
Conduct outbound calls to inform partners about new products and offerings.
Leverage cross-selling and up-selling strategies to enhance customer transactions.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every step of the sales process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and updates to assist customers accurately.
Document customer interactions and sales efforts in the CRM system meticulously.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and elevate the customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to refine sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
Previous sales experience is a plus, preferably within the tech sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced working environment.
Proactive, motivated, and passionate about sales and technology.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
