Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers via remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within the CRM system.
Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and support capabilities.
Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist in training new team members as needed.

Requirements

Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not a requirement.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new systems.
A team-oriented approach with a desire to help others.
Willingness to relocate to Greece if desired and adapt to a new cultural setting.
