Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Recruiter to join our friendly and fast-growing team. If you are equipped with outstanding communication skills and a desire to work with top-notch professionals worldwide, this is the right place for you. You will play a crucial role in the company's constant growth and help to promote the employer brand and culture to potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting process;
  • Searching for candidates using different sources and tools;
  • Negotiation with potential candidates, screening CVs;
  • Scheduling, organizing, and conducting interviews;
  • Headhunting candidates across different countries;
  • Managing and developing relationships with candidates;
  • Maintaining BambooHR Hiring ATS;
  • Ensuring the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;
  • Maintaining a full hiring cycle in collaboration with the HR manager;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers;
  • Conducting recruitment trainings for the employers.


Ideal profile for the position:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience;
  • Knowledge of direct search/headhunting techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology;
  • Experience in conducting HR interviews;
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
  • Experience in recruiting a variety of roles in IT and non-IT roles;
  • Ability to handle multitasking effectively;
  • Upper-intermediate English level and higher.
