Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our client’s brand presence and reaching key professional networks. This position offers a rare opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking in the financial services sector. You’ll manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, organize impactful events, and launch innovative content initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Craft and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook business accounts
  • Design eye-catching marketing materials using tools like Canva
  • Coordinate monthly lunch-and-learn events for real estate agents
  • Organize continuing education sessions for attorneys
  • Develop and distribute targeted newsletters to various professional groups
  • Assist in launching and managing a new podcast, from production to promotion
  • Update website with fresh, relevant content including blog posts and podcast episodes
  • Create and distribute invitations for networking and educational events
  • Collaborate on strategies to expand our reach among real estate agents, attorneys, and financial planners


Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management for business accounts
  • Proficiency with design tools, particularly Canva
  • Excellent written communication skills for content creation
  • Basic understanding of website content management systems
  • Familiarity with podcast production and distribution (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated with a capacity to work independently
  • Interest in or willingness to learn about the mortgage industry and divorce-related financial matters
  • Availability to work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, with potential for future full-time expansion
