Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Project and Quality Managerto join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary 10% car allwoance and good benefits package.

This team is responsible for the delivery of affordable schemes and manages the time, quality, and costs associated with the builds

In this role, you will be covering sites across the Midlands and North West England

This will be a home-based role, but you will need to do site visits at least once a week, and the team often has weekly meetings in the office

    What you'll be doing:

    • Driving forward the construction and delivery of new homes
    • Ensuring the quality of the project and that homes are built to the expected standard
    • Visiting sites and completing snagging assessments
    • Working closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure projects are correctly funded with no delays in payments
    • Regularly speaking with developers and contractors to ensure that developments are being implemented in accordance with the agreed contract plans and programmes
    • Supporting handovers and the completion of sales

    Qualifications

    • Project management of housing and development schemes
    • Prior experience of working at a housing association, local authority, or consultancy
    • Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with a range of different teams and professions
    • Experience in finance management for affordable housing schemes
    • Focused on delivering a high-quality project with maximum customer satisfaction
