Content Marketing Manager (9-month maternity cover, Jan-Sep 2025)

This is an ideal position for a marketing professional with a strong background in content management and social media management within the B2B tech space.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Content creation: You’ll own the execution of the overall content strategy, including producing and distributing a wide range of high-quality content, such as articles, case studies, email campaigns, whitepapers across our digital channels. Additionally, you’ll manage communication strategies for events, coordinate press releases, and oversee content translation for English and German markets.

  • Website management: Collaborating with our website developer to create and update landing pages. Using SEMRush to analyze and improve site performance. You’ll work closely with digital and product marketing to ensure high-quality content and support SEO, SEA optimization, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.

  • Social media: Ownership of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), including publishing, performance monitoring, reporting and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Degree in marketing, communications or related field. 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a content-related role within the B2B tech space. 

  • Proven ability to write high-quality, long or form content on complex topics. 

  • Strong understanding of social media channels and community management

  • Professional experience with digital platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other industry specific relevant like Capterra). 

  • Experience with marketing tooling for website content, social media, marketing automation and CRM. 

  • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and German.
