Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking guests, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and requests.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
  • Document guest interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance hospitality knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strong background or interest in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest relations.
