As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clientele from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions to track feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor to facilitate engaging customer interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with accommodation benefits provided for the first two months.
