Job description

Mira Search, a dedicated HR agency based in Dubai, is excited to recruit on behalf of our client, a cutting-edge Web3 decentralized exchange. Our client offers seamless token access through gamification in a Telegram mini-app.
We're searching for a Community Manager to grow and engage their local crypto community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the local crypto community on local forums, social platforms, and Telegram.
  • Engage with the community by providing localized updates, organizing events, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with local businesses, influencers (KOLs), and PR/marketing partners to promote and grow the community.
  • Execute locally tailored online and offline campaigns, expanding our presence on local social media platforms.
  • Represent the company at local crypto events and conferences.
  • Oversee a team of volunteers and micro-influencers, ensuring engagement and growth.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and native in Korean/Turkish/Spanish/Portugues/at least one major Indian dialect.
  • Experienced in managing crypto communities and leading volunteer teams.
  • Skilled at working with KOLs and influencers to create impactful campaigns.
  • Remote work enthusiast: Enjoys the flexibility and autonomy of working remotely.
  • Passionate about crypto, staying up-to-date with trends and actively engaging in the community.
