Job Summary


Acts as strategic communication partner supporting key executive leaders. Responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies aligned to support the CRL organization business objectives and key business initiatives. This strategic partner will drive innovative content leveraging multiple communication platforms and tell a clear and compelling narrative.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Owns the development, planning, and execution of internal communications strategy for the specified business area and its respective leaders, including developing and managing executive visibility plans, across multiple platforms including town halls, webcasts, business-wide emails, intranet, digital signage, newsletter stories, yammer.   
  • Develops a deep understanding of the global business and culture to ensure communications are aligned with the strategic direction of the business and organization to effectively support day-to-day initiatives, as well as various M&A communication activity within the business, change management initiatives, and organizational changes.   
  • Partners with business segment, corporate functions and global departments to effectively manage the workflow of communication across all platforms ensuring all content is aligned to initiatives and delivered timely, meeting high quality standards.     
  • Will directly or indirectly lead or influence individuals to support global business communications and a network of site level communicators within the business.  
  • Acts as strategic partner for business communications, including aligning with our corporate brand & marketing initiatives, editing videos as necessary and light design work.    
Job Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Education:   Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields.
•    Experience: Five to seven years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•    MBA preferred
