Matt Ferri is the Founder and Principal of LifeFocus Planning, a full-service estate planning law firm based in Michigan, with offices in Bloomfield Hills and Shelby Township. The firm focuses on creating comprehensive estate plans that empower clients to manage their assets during illness and ensure a smooth transfer to future generations. LifeFocus Planning is dedicated to offering personalized legal services that go beyond the typical approach in todays marketplace.

We are looking for a self-sufficient and organized Virtual Assistant who aligns with our core values of:

You will be responsible for administrative tasks that will support the daily operations of our small but growing legal team, helping to maintain efficiency and organization.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Document formatting and organization
  • Managing electronic file systems
  • Drafting letters and simple correspondence
  • Calendar and email management
  • Participating in daily morning check-in meetings

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
  • Thorough with the ability to gather a high level of details
  • Comfortable asking questions when needed

Position Details:

  • This is a remote 1099 contractor position
  • The position will be 15-20 hours per week with potential growth to 40 hours over the next 3+ months
  • Hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm ET with some flexibility
  • The pay rate is $24/hour USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
