Job description

This position will focus on new customer acquisition, market share expansion, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of inpatient and outpatient providers while demonstrating strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships, thrive in competitive markets, and excel within a high-performance culture.


  • Identify and target potential customers in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert prospects into customers.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Lead negotiations with potential customers to secure new business deals and contracts.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are understood and met, while aligning with company goals and profitability.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities and progress towards targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
