As an SMB Account Executive at Summit, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new SMB clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will leverage Summit's comprehensive portfolio of technology solutions, including managed services, cloud solutions, networking, and cybersecurity, to deliver value and solve client challenges effectively.

Do:
  • Use CRM tools to manage your assigned book of business, documenting customer interactions, needs, and projects to support a strategic approach.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your client base and propose suitable solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present solutions and address customer needs through various channels.
  • Become proficient in Summit's systems for quotes, CRM entry, and account management to streamline transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to provide tailored solutions and support customer expansion initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver:
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with existing SMB clients, achieving targeted revenue growth.
  • Utilize Summit's portfolio to deliver solutions that effectively meet the diverse needs of SMB clients.
  • Strategically manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Negotiate pricing in line with company policies to maximize value and customer satisfaction.

    Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year

    Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
