Communications Manager
Location: Remote or Maitland, FL / Hybrid
Job Summary:
The Communications Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing brand standards across 28 service centers while overseeing day-to-day communications activities. This role will play a critical part in maintaining brand consistency, developing messaging, and ensuring that both internal and external communications are aligned with the company’s goals. The Communications Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, human resources and external vendors to drive brand awareness and strengthen customer and employee engagement.
Essential Functions (Include but are not limited to):
Social Media Management:
· Develop and implement comprehensive, strategic social media campaigns to bolster brand awareness, engagement, and trust.
· Oversee social media vendors and partners for optimal delivery.
· Craft and distribute high-value content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Monitor social media performance, sentiment, and engage with audience feedback.
· Coordinate with internal departments and Centers to generate engaging content across platforms.
· Ensure alignment of social media strategies with broader content marketing objectives.
· Concept, edit and produce written, visual and video content, including writing and distributing multimedia content to grow organic traffic and consumer engagement
Creative Design Management
· Manage internal design project requests from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, Operations, etc., to gather requirements and deliver tailored design solutions
· Maintain a cohesive visual strategy that aligns with the company’s brand identity and communication objectives.
· Deign various materials including presentations, advertisements, infographics, billboards, promotional items, and digital assets, among others.
Online Reputation Management:
· Promote positive testimonials and reviews on company platforms.
· Monitor online reputation across multiple channels.
· Address customer feedback, both positive and negative.
· Maintain a credible online presence and encourage positive reviews.
· Resolve conflicts and disputes while maintaining brand integrity.
Internal Relations:
· Collaborate with Center GMs to identify promotional item needs for local events, community sponsorships and employee engagement activities.
· Manage promo vendors, including the production and distribution of branded materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Work closely with internal teams on a project-by-project basis
· Play a key role in the planning and execution of internal events including conferences, trainings, volunteer events, and more.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
· 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or related roles.
· Experience with graphic design principals; expertise on Canva or other design platforms necessary.
· Expert-level understanding of social media platforms, creative design, and brand identity principles.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and external partners.
