Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud.. You will be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering optimized Salesforce solutions to support customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Document detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.Facilitate workshops to analyze gaps and recommend Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and provide necessary support during the UAT process.
Service Cloud:Identify and implement best practices to optimize Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, and Customer Communities.Collaborate with the customer support and service teams to align Service Cloud capabilities with business objectives.Provide training and documentation to users on new or modified Service Cloud functionality.Qualifications:
Business Analysis Skills:
Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within Salesforce projects, specifically Service Cloud.Ability to translate complex business requirements into Salesforce solutions.Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and documenting technical requirements.
Certifications:Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (a plus).
