Job Description:   

FSH is seeking a Licensed Master’s-Level Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) who is experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will provide high quality mental health treatment, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Mental health.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing the company’s Quadruple Aim: enhancing patient care experiences, improving population health outcomes, reducing costs, and bolstering clinician well-being. They are also enthusiastic, service-oriented, curious and collaborative.  

 

Responsibilities:  

  • 30 direct service hours per week 

    • Or, 25 direct service hours a week at 80%*** 

  • 10-15 hours non-clinical work to support the broader Mental Health Team (MH Team) including: 

  • Content delivery for customer requests such as webinars and speaking engagements 

  • Support implementation of new products/technology 

  • Ensure outcome collection and analysis 

  • Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams 

  • Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches 

  • Stay informed on mental health related research, news stories and the competitive landscape  

  

Requirements:   

  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.) 

  • Preference for 2+ years of full licensure with credentials to supervise 

  • Clinical confidence with fluency in a variety of mental health treatment models and the capacity to treat a variety of conditions 

  • Preference for experience in working with diverse units of treatment (individuals, couples, families, groups, etc 

  • Fervor for cultural curiosity and experience engaging and treating people across a wide range of social, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds   

  • Self-starter 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytic skills  

  • Flexible and eager to learn new skills 

  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment 

  • Fluency in basic computer skills including Microsoft 365 and EHR systems
