Senior Fullstack Node Developer

Flight Schedule Pro is seeking an experienced Senior Back End MEAN/MERN Stack Developer who is enthusiastic about technology and ready to impact our company with their creativity and productivity. Must have Mongo, Node, and Angular/React experience and a willingness to charge the hill with us as we continue to change and improve the aviation industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Gain a solid understanding of our solutions and the value we provide our customers
• Design, develop, and maintain complex software components
• Create and maintain documentation of design approaches
• Work dependably and consistently to achieve deadlines and hit release dates
• Maintain and improve current knowledge on the latest technologies relevant to the role

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years full-time Node and Mongo experience
• Experience with Git source control
• Willingness to continue to learn, adapt, and be coachable
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for doing work with excellence
• Have high standards and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Must be action oriented and focused on getting the job done
• Plays well with others

Nice to have, but not required:

• Pilot or aviation experience
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Mongo Atlas and Realm Apps

Travel Requirements:

Occasional business travel may be required, up to 10%

Compensation:

The salary range for this role has been established at $130,000 - $140,000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
